design

Design briefs
For all creative work the Account Manager and the Creative Director will discuss the individual projects, after which we will produce a full design brief, any mock ups or material samples.  Time scales and costs will also be included.

Creative design
Will be produced and presented within 5/7 days from approval of the design brief.

Authors corrections
Will be made at the customers request and will be scheduled in and completed within 2 working days.

Basic artwork
Will be carried out and sent over as a PDF file (or relevant media) within 2/3 working days of the request. The above time scales allow us to carry out internal checks on the proofs before sending out for your approval.

Proofs
It is the intention of the Design Office to present creative proofs by way of digital files or full colour mock-ups where appropriate.

Studio Photography
We offer to carry out digital photography within 5 working days of the request. The contact sheets will be produced and presented within 2/3 days.

web design & development

Web Site & Emails
Major creative or technical developments will be discussed with both the Account Manager, Creative Director and the client. Design brief / proposal will be presented within 5 working days outlining cost and spec. Once proposal is agreed a lead time will be given for the developments to be placed in a test environment. When sign off of the test site or project is given it will be migrated to a live state.

Minor changes and bug reporting will be dealt with the Project Lead. An estimate will be provided within 3/5 working days depending on complexity when required. If changes have no major impact on the site’s interactivity or accessibility they will be put live upon completion.

print

Estimates and Print orders
All print estimates will be produced within 2 working days of request, repeat orders can be placed via our web portal (set up upon request) this facility allows you to view your job, check the file, select your qty, agree your price, place your order and pay on line.

Digital Print
We have the facility to facilitate urgent orders on demand. Short runs will be completed within a 2/3 working days of the approval.

Litho Print
Stationery, forms and basic documents will be printed within five working days of sign off. Brochures and Folders will be produced within 7/10 working days depending on the finishing required (laminations etc).

Large Format/Displays
Large Format Posters, Pull Up Banners will be produced within 5 working days from sign off.

Pop Up Exhibition Stands will be completed within 10 working days of sign off. Flags/Outdoor Banners will be completed within 10 working days of sign off. Vehicle Livery will be completed within 10 working days of sign off.

files

File types
The preferred file type would be In Design. Text should be sent as a Word file. Images/Logos should be sent at a minimum 300 dpi for print and 72dpi for web use.
